Shipping costs are estimated. If the actual shipping amount is less than the amount paid, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method. If the actual shipping amount is MORE than the amount paid, ELIZA Designs LA will cover the amount as our gift to you. All rates reflect the cost of a .5lb package. Multiple items in the same order will be packed together.
Once an order has been placed online, we are not able to make changes to it or combine it with any other orders for shipping. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing orders before your order ships. Orders placed for overnight delivery will be shipped out on the following business day. We do not offer service to P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address. We can only provide services that our carriers do and so we are currently not able to deliver on holidays. ELIZA Designs LA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
