UPDATED RETURN POLICY
AS OF 11.3.16
Our goal is to make sure that you love your piece as much as we loved making it. Should you have a concern about an item you’ve purchased, please contact us right away at email@example.com so we can address any issues and make adjustments. If you are not satisfied with your piece, and you prefer not to have any adjustments made, you may return your purchase within twenty-five calendar days for a full refund, less shipping charges. The item must have proof of purchase in order to get a full refund. Gifts or other purchases without a receipt will receive store credit only. We will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us makes you want to come back and shop again (and again). Your piece should be in its original condition to be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the return mailing address.
It is not required, but we highly recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit. ELIZA Designs LA is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in return shipping. All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded. Once your return has been received and examined, your original method of payment will be credited, not including the original shipping costs or the return shipping costs.
Returns requested more than twenty-five calendar days after purchase will be issued a store credit, not including shipping charges. All sale items are final purchase. We will work with you in the creation of customer orders, but once final customer approval is obtained, and the piece ships, the piece is non-refundable.
