Custom OrdersIf we have design questions for you along the way, we will email you at the address you provided. Please note, we will try to get as close to your specifications as possible but the stones have natural variations, which often influence the style of the piece. Not all colors you selected may be available. Prior to shipping the piece, we will send you photos for approval, and if needed, make necessary adjustments. Once we have your approval, the piece will ship.
For custom orders, we require payment in advance. A PayPal invoice will be sent to you at the email address you provided. Once payment is received, we will begin to create the piece. Once final customer approval is obtained, and the piece ships, the piece is non-refundable. In special circumstances, store credit may be issued.
