Custom Orders

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your custom order piece to arrive. If you have specific questions about your order please contact us at info@elizadesignsla.com. Thank you.

 

ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS FOR

Once we have processed your custom order, we will send you a confirmation email along with the cost of your piece and an estimated timeline.

If we have design questions for you along the way, we will email you at the address you provided. Please note, we will try to get as close to your specifications as possible but the stones have natural variations, which often influence the style of the piece. Prior to shipping the piece, we will send you photos for approval, and if needed, make necessary adjustments. Once we have your approval, the piece will ship.

For custom orders, we require payment in advance. A PayPal invoice will be sent to you at the email address you provided. Once payment is received, we will begin to create the piece. Once final customer approval is obtained, and the piece ships, the piece is non-refundable. In special circumstances, store credit may be issued.

Please be sure to check your email for correspondence from ELIZA Designs LA. Please respond as quickly as possible to avoid unnecessary delays in your order.

Please note that normal business hours for email communications are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Business hours are 10AM-5PM PST.
